We were delayed by the pandemic in returning to St. John. Fortunately, our wonderful builder kept everything on track and provided us with Facetime updates. We were able to return to St. John earlier this month and were thrilled with the progress .
Our great room ceiling is just beautiful! We can't wait to see it in the evening with the planned up lighting. We also love the way the gentle patio arches turned out. Here is a drone view of the upper deck and the new bedroom pod to the right. We will have lots of covered living space at LJC2.

The photo below is looking East from the large bedroom window opening towards Lovango Cay. Note the thick cement walls. And those wires are for the AC unit, something we probably will never use, but our guests can enjoy in all the bedrooms at LJC2.
This shot off the main deck was the last clear view before the African dust settled in. We hope to return in August and that St. John, and all those in the USVI, stay safe and well!
